Our Policy:
To teach your children the fun, fitness and FUNDAMENTALS of GYMNASTICS
by providing "Certified Coaches" who will keep kids moving,
practicing, and continuously learning while improving their flexibility,
balance, strength and endurance!

- J&M is a highly recreational club and our policy is to
teach your children the fun fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics.
We provide certified coaches, practice and continuous learning
while improving flexibility, balance , strength and endurance
while having FUN.
- We insist on the highest standards of training for our coaches. All coaches are nationally certified through NCC.
- Our club continues to grow and be successful because of our coaches being past gymnasts themselves. They use their knowledge,
training, skill and adapt them to your children.

returning after each session.
- We only have two groups of gymnasts participating in gymnastics at one time. THIS IS A
REAL ADVANTAGE. Because it causes less distraction to your children and also gives them more
opportunities to be on equipment without standing in long lineups.
- Parents can view their child from our waiting room on GROUND LEVEL and watch
them having fun while learning gymnastics.
- You can take pictures of your child at ANY TIME . We want you to capture that
"SPECIAL MOMENT".
- We are the only club which offers videos of your child taking gymnastics.
